Precision panels with limitless possibilities for your creativity

Hesaglas, also known as Topacryl, is a precision acrylic that is cast extremely thinly, giving it a minimal thickness tolerance. It’s the perfect material for projects where precision and uniformity are crucial, such as for infrared filters and monitors. Hesaglas is manufactured in Switzerland and meets stringent quality standards. Although the collection is called ‘Colours’, it also includes clear acrylic. With Hesaglas, anything is possible!

Discover the unprecedented and infinite possibilities of precision acrylic from Hesaglas

The stringent quality standards and minimal thickness tolerance mean Hesaglas is suitable for a diverse range of applications.

Pyrasied stocks the complete Colours collection by Hesaglas; an extensive collection that will meet all your requirements.

Hesaglas colours

  • Transparent and translucent
  • High gloss with UV filter
  • Infrared permeable optional

The Hesaglas collection is available in a wide range of colours from clear to fluorescent red, so there’s something for everyone. The colours of Hesaglas remain consistent regardless of the material thickness; a 0.5 mm sheet comes in the same shade of red as a 2 mm sheet. The collection also includes specials such as infrared permeable sheets and various degrees of matte surfaces.

Outstanding craftsmanship, quality and colours in a single design are the features of Hesaglas. The thickness tolerance is minimal – the thickness is measured at five different places and may not vary by more than +/- 0.22 mm. It isn’t called precision acrylic for nothing! Hesaglas is available in an unimaginably wide range of colours. If the colour you need isn’t among our stock, that’s no problem! We can help you find the colour you envisaged. You can customize not only the colours but also the surfaces and filters. In total, 708 combinations are possible. Please get in touch with us to discover all the possibilities.

Functional filters

  • UV pass filter – UV open

Maximum light transmission from 260 nm and above. This is ideal for utilizing the antiseptic effect of UV radiation or extending the shelf life of vegetables and fruits, for example.

  • UV cut filter – UV 400

Maximum UV protection is achieved by combining two complementary high-quality UV-absorbing materials while retaining high transparency and preserving an unchanged colour impression in the visible spectrum (VIS).

  • Laser scanner filter

Outstanding light transmission from 630 nm and above.

  • IR pass filter

For IR sensors, effective NIR transmission is virtually blocked within the visible spectrum (VIS).

  • IR cut filter

Effective protection against IR radiation. For laser and welding equipment.

  • Filters for the presentation of goods

For interior designers: presenting meat, fish, pastries or jewellery under the best possible lighting.
