Cast or extruded acrylic
Discover our full range here!
The advantages of cast acrylic include the options of adding colour and producing the material with different surface textures. Pyrasied stocks cast transparent acrylic sheets in various thicknesses (1 mm to 100 mm), colours and surface textures as standard.
The advantages of extruded acrylic include its lower production costs – which means a lower purchase price – and its lower thickness tolerance. XT acrylic is more sensitive to scratches than the GS version and the material is under slightly more tension. Pyrasied also keeps a stock of extruded transparent acrylic sheets in a range of thicknesses (1.5 mm to 20 mm) and types.

When it comes to clear acrylic, Pyrasied also offers plenty of options. The material varies in thickness from 3 to 15 millimetres and you can choose between cast or extruded acrylic. You can also choose from a selection of surfaces – including gloss, matt, satin and ice texture – and we offer various colours and processing options.
For decades, Pyrasied has been the European specialist in light diffusers: high-quality plastics that scatter, focus or change the direction of light beams. Our diffusers provide the optimum balance between high transmission and the right distribution or concentration of light. The use of nanotechnology, precision processing and the very best additives and raw materials makes the quality of our light diffusers among the best the world can offer.

Inside coloured acrylic, we distinguish four types of colours: transparent colours, translucent colours, opaque colours, and fluorescent colours. There are several collections available.
Our Green Cast colour collection is cast acrylic made entirely from 100% recycled pre- and post-consumer acrylic, retaining all the excellent properties of cast acrylic. The translucent colour collection provides privacy because the material is not transparent, yet contours remain visible. At Pyrasied, you can choose from more than 20 different translucent acrylic sheet colours in 3 mm thickness with a glossy surface.
You can also choose from 25 colours with a beautiful satin finish. Our opaque colours are sheets you cannot see through and that do not let light pass through. You can select from more than 12 different opaque acrylic colours with either a glossy or satin surface.

Pyrasied stocks Europe’s largest collection of acrylic tubes and round, square and triangular rods. Tubes come in all sizes, in opal or satin, and in a wide range of diameters and dimensions. They are ideal for industrial applications but also for decorative use in stand and exhibition construction, furniture, interior design as well as for technical purposes, such as reactors. Acrylic tubes and rods are optically pure, strong and UV-resistant. You can also choose whether they are made out of cast (GS) or extruded (XT) acrylic.

Transparent block acrylic is extra thick, clear plastic with very high optical purity. At Pyrasied, we stock block acrylic in thicknesses ranging from 40 to 110 mm. We can supply custom-machined blocks with a maximum thickness of 110 mm. If you want blocks that are thicker than 110 mm, no problem; we can arrange that for you. Block acrylic is weather-resistant, UV stable and does not yellow. This makes it perfect for outdoor use.
Our Metallic range offers an extensive choice of opaque acrylic sheets with a beautiful metallic finish. It has an attractive, soft look and feel and goes well with various types of interior to provide a colour accent or feature as a statement piece. Some colours have a double-sided glossy surface, while others have a single-sided satin surface. The metallic colour collection was developed to reflect the latest colour trends. This lightweight material can be fully recycled, is 25 times stronger than glass and is easy to work with.

It goes without saying that mirrors come in the usual colour, but at Pyrasied, you can also order a coloured one. In fact, you have no fewer than twelve colours to choose from. An acrylic mirror is best suited to indoor use. The maximum size available is 3050 x 2050 mm. These mirrors have applications in exhibition stand construction, interior design, yacht & shipbuilding and many other industries.
Two-way mirror
As its name suggests, the two-way mirror or ‘spy’ mirror is a little mysterious. It is an extruded acrylic plate with low light transmission properties, so you can see through it under certain lighting conditions. This type of mirror is best suited to indoor use. The maximum size available is 2440 x 1220 mm. Two-way mirrors allow you to see without being seen and are also known as smart mirrors, police mirrors, magic mirrors, confrontation mirrors or observation mirrors.
